you would be able to use super stropng jutsus and such right off the bat without even having to learn them. the point of such an rp is to make a character and build a somewhat GOOD story for them while interacting with other people's characters. First of all... what?! The anime didn't pronounce it wrong! ...if you knew anything about the Japanese language, you'd have know that was how it was supposed to be pronounced all along... and secondly... Shin Chan rules! It's a shame they only aired 20 episodes... *eats ramen*...
